HR Coordinator
Job description
A locan company is Erbil in looking for an HR Coordinator.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
1. Communication between corporate HR directorate and company's management on HR matters.
2. Coordinating new employee onboarding activities, conducting orientation sessions, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and necessary paperwork.
4. Supporting of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, claims resolution, attendance records, and tardiness.
4. Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
5. Assisting with employee relations matters, including handling employee inquiries, addressing grievances, etc., and facilitating communication between employees and management.
7. Coordinating training programs and workshops for employees IF requested by management. Assisting in identifying training needs and evaluating training effectiveness.
8. Maintaining HR metrics and generating HR-related reports as needed.
9. Providing general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining HR-related documents and files.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is required.
3. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
