Warehouse Assistant

Job description

We are hiring a warehouse Assistant for a local production company in Erbil.

The warehouse assistant overlooks the upkeep of the warehouse and monitors receipt, storage, and delivery of items.  

Responsibilities:

Move inventory and materials

Process inventory for delivery

Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location

Package items and label correctly

Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors

Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and deliveries to the proper location

Update logs and documentation for inventory processing

Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations

Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles

Work as an active team member to complete team goals

Adhere to safety protocols related to working in a controlled temperature environment.

Requirements:

A graduate of high school or higher.

Previous experience in similar roles.

Fit and physically capable of lifting and labor.

Alert and vigilant.

Free from chronic medical conditions.
