We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Representative to support and grow company sales activities in Erbil. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while strictly adhering to company policies and working standards.

Requirements

Fluency in Kurdish (mandatory)

Excellent proficiency in English

Excellent proficiency in Arabic

Proven professional experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Representative or Sales Executive

Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications

Must be fully available and not engaged in any other employment

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

Strict adherence to official working hours and all company regulations

Handle all communications promptly and professionally at all times

Collect, organize, and maintain comprehensive sales-related information in coordination with the sales team, including product specifications and pricing

Conduct client and company visits based on departmental requests or a structured visit schedule

Demonstrate punctuality and professionalism during meetings and visits to build trust and long-term business relationships

Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with partner and client companies, ensuring continuous follow-up

Monitor partner companies’ activities across marketing and advertising channels, including television and social media, to enhance engagement and coordination

Receive, address, and resolve client feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain strict confidentiality of company information and ensure it is not disclosed to external parties

Comply with all company policies, procedures, and internal regulations

Prepare and submit accurate daily reports on sales activities and performance

Based in Erbil with regular field visits
