HR Manager
Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR activities in the company. The role includes managing a large workforce, leading the HR team, and improving HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR team on daily operations.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
Prepare and oversee payroll in coordination with accounting.
Manage attendance, leaves, and employee performance.
Ensure company policies and labor law compliance.
Support management with HR reports and decisions.
Improve and manage HR systems (ERP or HR software).
Handle employee issues and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
Native Kurdish speaker
English is a plus, Arabic is also a plus
Experience using ERP systems or HR systems
Experience leading an HR team
Previous experience managing HR for 800+ employees
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good problem-solving ability
Organized and able to handle large workloads
Good knowledge of HR processes and policies
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in HR
Previous experience in a similar HR Manager role is preferred
