Dairy Production Chef

Job description

The Dairy  Production Chef will be responsible for the preparation and production of various dairy products, including yogurt, kashar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, white cheese, and classic white cheese. This role requires an in-depth understanding of dairy manufacturing processes, flavor profiles, and the ability to standardize recipes to meet our plant management approval.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a variety of dairy products according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of products by adhering to standard recipes and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with factory management to develop and refine recipes based on taste testing and feedback.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and modify as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Train and supervise production staff on proper dairy production techniques and safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring availability of required components and supplies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in dairy production techniques.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef or production chef in a dairy production environment.
- In-depth knowledge on dairy product preparation and production techniques.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to standardize recipes and maintain consistent product quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Culinary or related degree .
