Job description

We are hiring an IT support for a client in Erbil.

The IT support professionals will help with technical issues, troubleshoot computer systems, and provide assistance to users.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals

- Set up and maintain user accounts and access permissions

- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT support

-Installing and testing new software

-Maintaining computer peripheral equipment e.g., printers, scanners, and whiteboards

Requirements:

- More than 2 years of experience as an IT Support or similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

- Excellent problem-solving skills

-Fluency in Kurdish is a must, English is preferable
