We are hiring a Procurement Officer for a local company in Erbil city.

The Procurement officer supports the procurement activities in sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplies, this role assists in ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness along with proper documentation.

  • Assisting with Supplier Management
  • Receiving requestions from all dept
  • Order Processing
  • Cost reduction
  • Follow up timely delivery
  • Documentation and Record Keeping
  • Quality Assurance Support
  •  Market Research
  • Administrative Support


Requirements & Skills:

 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowing three languages Kurdish, Arabic & English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
