Content Creator & Social Media Manager
Job description
We are seeking a talented Social Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic advertising team. This role involves developing creative content, managing social media accounts, and driving engagement across various platforms to help grow our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (posts, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform and audience.
Social Media Strategy: Create and implement effective social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives and brand identity.
Platform Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day social media operations, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with the audience across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage in conversations to foster a positive and responsive online community.
Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns, using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to assess metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and engagement rates, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as marketing and design, to ensure content aligns with brand goals and overall campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, ideally in an advertising or communications role.
Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), their algorithms, and best practices for engaging with different audiences.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust content and strategy to optimize reach and engagement using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and platform-specific analytics.
Creative Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for crafting compelling posts, captions, and multimedia content.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage community interactions and foster positive relationships online.
Language Competency: Native Kurdish, Fluency in English and Arabic
