Job description

Position Title: Administrator

Location: Erbil, Iraq

Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish; proficiency in English is a plus

Experience Requirements: Previous administrative experience, preferably in logistics or shipment industries

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations and manage supplies.

Ensure office equipment functions properly.

Administrative Support:

Support management with scheduling, reports, and correspondence.

Handle communications and prepare shipment documentation.

Customer Service:

Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and issues.

Coordinate shipment details and track deliveries.

Logistics Coordination:

Assist in planning and coordinating shipments.

Monitor shipments and ensure compliance with regulations.

Record Keeping:

Maintain organized records of shipments and transactions.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate and analyze reports on shipment activities and office operations.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in logistics.

Proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish; English is a plus.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
