System Monitoring & Data Quality Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the organization’s proprietary software platform responsible for product serialization, lifecycle monitoring, compliance reporting, and supply chain visibility across the region.
  • Monitor product movements and serialized product lifecycles end‑to‑end across the supply chain and respond to missing or inconsistent data.
  • Ensure that all product movement events are complete, accurate and timely; perform regular data validation and anomaly detection
  • Generate unique serial numbers for every unit and track their lifecycle throughout the supply chain; detect and resolve duplicate or invalid serials.
  • Maintain full data integrity by detecting and resolving missing, duplicate, invalid, or inconsistent serialization data.
  • Oversee user access management, permissions control, and proper system usage across all participating entities.
  • Coordinate system updates, enhancements, integrations, and performance improvements in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Lead and manage the entire software, providing direct oversight of its sub-departments — including stakeholder support & training, compliance & audit, reporting & insights, call center operations, and mobile IT technical support — to ensure continuous, complaint, and uninterrupted system performance across all functions.
  • Lead onboarding of new stakeholders onto the system, including registration, configuration, training, and go-live support.
  •  Coordinate with IT, warehouse teams, manufacturers, distributors, regulators and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration and performance.
  • Produce daily and weekly system health and compliance reports.
  • Maintain accurate, structured, and comprehensive operational documentation.

 

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, IT, software engineering, or a related field (IT or Software Engineering preferred).
  • 3+ Years work experience
  • Solid experience in managing enterprise software platforms involving end-to-end data lifecycle monitoring, large-scale data integrity control, supply chain and product movement monitoring, system integration, user access management, stakeholder onboarding, cross-functional coordination, and operational performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and escalation management skills.
  • Experience with API integration and working knowledge of JSON/XML data formats and API testing tools (e.g., Postman) is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Kurdish. (Knowledge of Arabic and Turkish is a plus)
  • Proven ability to address and resolve operational issues or challenges, implementing effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with other departments and staff members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
