HR Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR activities in the company. The role includes managing a large workforce, leading the HR team, and improving HR systems and processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR team on daily operations.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Prepare and oversee payroll in coordination with accounting.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and employee performance.
  • Ensure company policies and labor law compliance.
  • Support management with HR reports and decisions.
  • Improve and manage HR systems (ERP or HR software).
  • Handle employee issues and maintain a positive work environment.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:                                                                              

  • Native Kurdish speaker
  • English is a plus, Arabic is also a plus
  • Experience using ERP systems or HR systems
  • Experience leading an HR team
  • Previous experience managing HR for 800+ employees

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Organized and able to handle large workloads
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and policies

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years in HR
  • Previous experience in a similar HR Manager role is preferred
