HR Manager
Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR activities in the company. The role includes managing a large workforce, leading the HR team, and improving HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team on daily operations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Prepare and oversee payroll in coordination with accounting.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and employee performance.
- Ensure company policies and labor law compliance.
- Support management with HR reports and decisions.
- Improve and manage HR systems (ERP or HR software).
- Handle employee issues and maintain a positive work environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Native Kurdish speaker
- English is a plus, Arabic is also a plus
- Experience using ERP systems or HR systems
- Experience leading an HR team
- Previous experience managing HR for 800+ employees
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good problem-solving ability
- Organized and able to handle large workloads
- Good knowledge of HR processes and policies
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years in HR
- Previous experience in a similar HR Manager role is preferred
