Job description

We are hiring a Video Editor for an advertising company in Erbil.

A Video Editor is responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished product that aligns with the director's vision and meets project objectives. This role involves editing raw video, adding effects, transitions, and sound, and ensuring the final output is polished and ready for distribution across various platforms, such as television, online media, and film.

Responsibilities: -

• Footage Review: Examine raw footage to determine the best takes and material for editing.

• Full expertise on DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro

Requirements : -

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and ability to convey concepts visually is essential.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final cut) and other relevant tools is necessary.

• Color Correction: Adjust color grading and lighting to maintain consistency and achieve the desired visual style.

• Editing: Assemble video clips into a coherent sequence, cutting and rearranging footage to create a polished final product.
