Quality Assurance / Quality Control Assistant
Job description
A local Production Company in Erbil is looking for a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Assistant.
The QA/QC Assistant will be providing necessary support to QA/QC specialist in performing his/her duties in validating the accuracy of printed labels in addition to providing support on clerical duties.
*Prefered to have bachelor or diploma in pharmaceutical field.
Responsibilities:
- Product Verification: Assist the QA/QC Specialist in verifying that labels accurately represent the product information received, paying attention to details and accuracy.
- QR Code Validation: Collaborate with the QA/QC Specialist to validate QR codes on labels, ensuring they align with the associated product data.
- Data Validation: Validate and cross-check data to ensure consistency and accuracy eporting any discrepancies to the QA/QC Specialis.
- Communication Support: Assist in rnaintaining effective comrnunication with relevant departments, reporting any issues or discrepancies to the QA/QC Specialist.
- Sample Processing: Support the QA/QC Specialist in the approval process for samples, following established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting Assistance: Collaborate in the preparation of quality reports, documenting findings and assisting in resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Learning and Development: Actively participate in training and learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and QA/QC skills.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's or diploma in Pharmaceutics, Management, or related fields.
- Ability to multitask and organize various duties.
- Detail oriented with excellent attention to details.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office programmes.
- Ability to create adhoc and regular reports.
- Good command of English, Arabic is a plus.
